Job Description
Duties:
1. Project planning and execution: Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall planning and execution scheme of the Hong Kong and Macao region's study abroad project, ensuring the smooth progress of the project; communicate and cooperate with partner colleges, institutions and education platforms to expand the resource channels of the study abroad project.
2. Consulting services and customer support: Provide professional study abroad consulting services, answer customers’ related questions, help students and families choose the most suitable study abroad plan; follow up and process customer needs to ensure the smooth execution of their study abroad plan.
3. Team management and training: Lead and manage consulting teams, guide team members to improve consulting efficiency and service quality; organize team training, enhance team professional knowledge, and improve service capabilities.
4. Market promotion and brand building: Develop market promotion strategies, enhance brand influence, and attract more target customer groups; Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information, providing regular market analysis reports, and providing reference for company decisions.
5. Customer relationship maintenance and development: Establish and maintain good customer relationships, provide customized services, ensure customer satisfaction; develop new customers, expand business channels, and continuously increase market share.
6. Data analysis and feedback: Responsible for project data collection and analysis, timely summary and feedback customer information, market dynamics, etc.; propose optimization suggestions based on data analysis results to improve project operating efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
2. Familiar with the education system and study policy of Hong Kong and Macao, and able to provide professional study planning and advice to customers.
3. Have strong team management and leadership skills, and be able to effectively lead the team to achieve its goals.
4. Have strong communication skills and negotiation techniques, be able to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
5. Have strong market analysis skills, be able to quickly grasp industry dynamics and make corresponding strategies.
6. Good image and temperament, strong sense of responsibility and service awareness.
7. Passionate about education, with strong customer orientation, and willing to engage in long-term study abroad project management and development work.
8. Candidates with overseas study experience or education industry background are preferred.
9. Priority will be given to those with education cooperation networks in Hong Kong and Macao.
