<p><strong>Core responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Coordinate global living affairs, establish and implement standardized processes, coordinate international travel, multi-team collaboration, children's education and security, etc.</li><li>Match high-quality educational resources and service personnel to support family members’ education and living needs.</li><li>Plan high-end dining and private social events, manage top-tier service resources.</li><li>Collaborate with security teams to ensure family safety and privacy, and strictly enforce confidentiality agreements.</li><li>Responsible for family financial budget and expenditure management, and regular submission of transparent financial statements.</li></ol><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ol><li>5 years of experience in serving ultra-high net worth families or top hotel VIPs.</li><li>Have international high-end hotel management or ultra-high net worth family service background, familiar with cross-border multi-property and team management. </li><li>Consideration given to overseas study or hotel management background; fluent in English, knowledge of Japanese or French is preferred.</li><li>Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and budgeting skills, with a deep understanding of high-end service standards.</li><li>Steady and low-key, strong service awareness, loyal and reliable, excellent communication and adaptation skills. </li></ol>
