Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for regular patrols inside and outside the factory, monitoring safety hazards, and ensuring that no abnormal situations or illegal intrusions occur in any area.
Record and report facility damage, equipment abnormalities or environmental abnormalities, and assist with follow-up and maintenance arrangements.
Execute vehicle entry and exit control, including registration, document check, parking guidance and supervision of goods loading and unloading process.
Strictly implement the visitor registration system, verify identity information, issue temporary credentials, and report to relevant departments and visitors.
Have secondary three education or above, hold a valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity card, and meet the local employment and security personnel licensing qualifications.
One year of relevant security or property management experience, familiar with the industrial zone or factory operation environment, is preferred.
Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin reading and conversational skills, able to handle simple documents and external liaison.
Must be able to adapt to shift work (early shift/noon shift/overnight shift), working six days a week, with a high sense of responsibility, alertness, and stress resistance.
