<p><strong>1) Marketing strategy and performance</strong></p><p>- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, move audiences through the consideration funnel, and drive website traffic, both online and offiline.</p><p>- Analyze performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.</p><p>- Conduct marketing initiatives to maintain customer loyalty and create excitement</p><p><br><strong>2) Campaigns and channels</strong></p><p>- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across content, media buying, social media, SEM, and SEO.</p><p>- Responsible for digital marketing duties including Google and Meta ads, and e-commerce campaigns.</p><p>- Drive omni-channel development, including conversational marketing, to create seamless offline/online customer experiences.<br></p><p><strong>3) Brand site and e-commerce leadership</strong></p><p>- Oversee brand site management, website development, and e-commerce plans.</p><p>- Ensure website efficiency, content development, UX/UI, and SEO-related projects.</p><p>- Formulate and implement e-commerce strategies to boost traffic and local business.</p><p>- Manage multiple e-commerce platforms and handle inventory control.</p><p>- Collaborate closely with agencies on e-commerce platforms to ensure quality and results.</p><p><br><strong>4) Partnerships and operations</strong></p><p>- Effectively manage and build strong partnerships and ensure service quality and initiatives.</p><p>- Evaluate campaign performance and translate data insights into action.<br><br><strong>Requirement:</strong><br>• University graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related discipline<br>• 5 years or above marketing experiences. Exposure in beauty or hair is an advantage<br>• Proven experience in digital marketing, partnership and social management<br>• Excellent in preparing management presentation, data analysis and business intelligence tools<br>• A fast learner, able to drive project / program execution and work under pressure<br>• Attentive to details, able to meet tight deadlines and manage projects independently<br>• Pleasant, creative, self-motivated, good written and communication skills<br>• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer</p>
