Responsible for handling billion-dollar-level merger and acquisition transactions, including project evaluation, negotiation and execution.<br><br>3. Drive billion-dollar family wealth management business, providing professional financial planning and asset allocation advice.<br>4. Participate in company strategic decision-making as a partner, lead the team to achieve business goals.<br>5. Ensure all business activities comply with relevant regulations, and maintain the company's reputation.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Have experience in successfully managing billion-dollar level merger and acquisition transactions, fixed income product marketing or family wealth management.<br>2. Priority will be given to those with their own companies or teams, who can independently carry out business and lead their teams to grow.<br>3. Priority will be given to those who pass the HKSI Part 5 examination, and those who pass the HKSI Part 1 examination will also be given additional points.<br>4. Have good communication skills, business negotiation skills, and market sensitivity.<br>5.
