12-hour shift school security supervisor (start work as soon as possible)

Time: 0700-1900 hours

Holiday: Work 6 days a week, rotating days off

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the scheduling of subordinate security officers' shifts to ensure that each position is adequately staffed and meets operational needs

• Regularly inspecting internal and external key areas of the school to prevent safety hazards and ensure a safe and orderly campus environment

• Maintain good communication with school management and related customers, promptly report sudden events and follow up properly

• Supervise subordinate work performance, provide guidance and support, and enhance team professional service level

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant security work experience, those who have served as supervisors or team leaders are preferred

• Familiar with the school's environmental security operations, understand basic safety precautions and emergency procedures

• Have good organizational and coordination skills, be able to independently arrange schedules and manage teams

• Understand basic computer operations, able to use the phone and email to effectively communicate with others

• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working and steady, able to work full-time at the designated location (Hong Kong Island)
