Job Description
- Develop and implement a team business development plan to drive performance targets.
- Lead and manage team members, provide daily coaching and training, and enhance the team's overall professional ability and execution.
- Plan and organize market promotion activities to enhance brand influence and market share.
- Regularly analyze business data, evaluate operational performance, and propose optimization and improvement schemes.
- Have insurance or related industry work experience, familiar with industry operating modes and customer needs.
- Have team management experience, able to effectively motivate the team, coordinate resources and push goal achievement.
- Strongly goal-oriented, with excellent market development abilities and business negotiation skills.
- Preference will be given to those who are fluent in Cantonese and English, and have good cross-lingual communication skills.
- Aggressive and proactive, with a long-term development plan in management positions, and with leadership potential and responsibility.
