<p><strong>Working location:</strong>Siu Sai Bay Residential - The Bonham (8 Hong Kong Xing Han Road)</p><p><strong>Working hours:</strong>5.5 days 9 hours work; rotating early, middle and late shifts (07:30-16:30 / 13:30-22:30); rotating breaks</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong>Discretionary bonuses, $3,000 newcomer bonus, $3,000 referral bonus, family medical insurance, dental care, 12 days of paid annual leave, 17 days of bank holidays, 2 days of family care leave, etc.</p><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the lobby reception position</li><li>Handling customer inquiries and complaints</li><li>Assist with handling daily phone inquiries</li><li>Building relationships with customers and maintaining good communication</li></ul><p><strong>Entry Requirements:</strong></p><p>Education and professional qualifications:</p><ul><li>Second 5 or above</li><li></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Preference will be given to those with three or more years of relevant customer service work experience</li><li>Familiarity with property management operations is best</li><li>Familiarity with computer operations</li><li>Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, and understand Mandarin a little</li><li>Have good writing skills in Chinese and English</li></ul><p>Personal traits:<br>Customer-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and positive, good communication skills, and able to build good interpersonal relationships</p><p></p><p>(Applicants provide all information will be kept strictly confidential and will be used for recruitment purposes only)</p>
