- Responsible for daily file archiving, letter correspondence and data sorting;

- Assist with meeting arrangements, itinerary booking, visitor reception and office management;

- Assist in the simple arrangement of English letters, reports and presentations;

- Assist with expense reimbursement, procurement records, and other internal administrative affairs;

- Support the research team and Hong Kong and Mainland cooperation units in basic liaison work.

3. Position requirements

- Hold a Hong Kong identity card or be legally allowed to work in Hong Kong;

- Diploma or above, majoring in business, administration or related fields is preferred;

- Familiar with Chinese and English writing and daily office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, and high learning willingness;

- Five days work per week, immediate employment is preferred.

4. Salary and benefits

2. Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily office administration, document filing, correspondence, and record keeping;

- Assist with meeting arrangements, scheduling, visitor reception, and office maintenance;

- Prepare simple English/Chinese correspondence, reports, and PowerPoint materials;

- Support expense claims, procurement tracking, and general office logistics;

- Coordinate communication between Hong Kong and mainland China partners as needed.

3. Requirements

- Hong Kong permanent resident or holder of valid work permit;

- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Office Management, or related disciplines;

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
