Job Description
- Based on the client's risk tolerance, financial goals, and life cycle stage, tailor a suitable asset allocation solution.
- Continuously follow up on customer account performance and changing needs, regularly review and optimize investment strategies, and enhance long-term customer trust.
- Participate in market analysis meetings, product demonstrations, and customer lectures organized by the company, strengthen professional image and expand potential customers.
- Graduate from secondary five (with five E-levels or above), or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSE) with five subjects at Level 2 or above, including Chinese or English and mathematics.
- Have basic communication skills and service awareness, be patient to listen to customer needs, and clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
- Willing to undergo systematic training, including pre-employment license course, practical operation training, and continuous professional development (CPD) learning.
- Provide a 1-to-1 professional mentorship guidance mechanism, actively cooperate with the mentor's arrangements, and actively participate in simulation exercises, case discussions, and performance feedback.
