1. Job Description

Responsible for property and safety management of the relevant site, formulate and implement site property and safety management systems and emergency response plans, ensure the safety of site facilities and activities and the smooth passage of site personnel, and ensure compliance with government and relevant regulations.

2. Job Responsibilities

(1) Develop and implement a site safety management policy, emergency response plan, and safe operating procedures;

(3) Responsible for security deployment, crowd management, risk assessment, and on-site command during the event;

(4) Coordinate daily property management of the site, including cleaning, greening, facilities maintenance, engineering repairs, etc.;

(6) Coordinate the site layout, electricity, water supply, lighting, etc. during the event;

(7) Process user complaints and on-site public emergencies, and improve service satisfaction;

(8) Prepare a property management budget and control operating costs.

3. Basic requirements

Observe the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong National Security Law, uphold "One Country, Two Systems" and "Patriots governing Hong Kong"; have good written and oral communication skills in English and Cantonese; be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or hold various employment-qualified visas; and be in good health.

4. Position requirements

(1) Bachelor's degree or above, property management, safety management, public management, engineering-related etc. professional preferred;

(2) Have more than 3 years of experience in property management, safety management, crowd management, etc. for large public spaces, activity venues or cultural and tourism projects;

(3) Hold a property manager (first level) license, familiar with the Property Management Services Ordinance;

(4) Proficient in fire safety regulations (such as hazardous goods control, escape route specifications);

(5) Proficient in and supervise the maintenance of fire alarm systems and fire equipment;

(6) Have emergency response, risk assessment, and on-site command capabilities;

(7) Proficient in using office software and writing risk assessment reports

(8) Have good communication and coordination and crisis management skills.
