Job Description
Duties:
1. Responsible for formulating and optimizing the company's human resources management system and processes;
2. Responsible for employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations management;
3. Organize and implement various talent development projects to enhance team overall quality and efficiency;
4. Analyze human resources data and provide reference for company decisions;
5. Assist senior leadership in strategic human resources planning.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 to 10 years of human resources management work experience;
2. Have good communication and coordination skills, team spirit and strong sense of responsibility;
3. Familiar with Chinese mainland and Hong Kong labor laws and regulations, able to handle complex personnel issues independently;
4. Have full HR experience, familiar with recruitment, performance, employee relations, etc. modules;
5. Strong language expression ability, adaptability, communication ability and problem-solving ability.
