Responsibilities:
Lead the team to maintain product quality and meet company standards
Through the company's internal system, manage the daily operation of the kitchenStrictly control all food costs at a reasonable levelManage the kitchen and sanitation of the store and maintain food safetySupervise and schedule kitchen staff to ensure smooth operationsTrain kitchen staff to company service standardsRequirements:
5 years or above kitchen processing and management experience ( those with less experience will be considered as assistant chefs)
Excellent Chinese/Fast food kitchen skillsPreference will be given to those with a certificate in health managementProactive and positive attitude, flexible sense of responsibility, and emphasis on communication and team spiritIndependent decision-making, leadership skills, human resources management, and supervision skillsGood Cantonese, able to read and write ChineseBasic computer knowledgeWorking hours: Work 6 days a week, 9 hours a day (shifts and breaks)
