VEER LINK company is currently seeking a logistics coordinator to help manage the company's freight operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers' shipments arrive smoothly and on time. This is a challenging position that requires excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to efficiently complete tasks within a tight time frame.

Your responsibilities include:

Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and delivery of goods

Work closely with customers, transportation companies and internal teams to ensure goods are delivered on time and accurately

Maintain cargo systems and update records to ensure accurate and timely data

Analyze transportation data and propose improvement suggestions, optimize logistics processes

Respond to sudden situations and provide solutions

We expect you to have:

At least 1 year of logistics/freight industry-related experience, bachelor's degree or above

Good Mandarin communication skills, fluent in simplified Chinese, and able to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams

Familiar with logistics-related software, such as order and logistics tracking systems

Highly sensitive to details, able to efficiently complete tasks within a tight time frame

Proactive and problem-solving attitude
