Job Responsibilities

• Lead project risk assessment and mid-term performance review, identify potential operational, compliance or schedule risks, and propose specific and feasible optimization suggestions and track improvement results.

• Responsible for project financial monitoring, including fund disbursement record, cost accumulation, reimbursement review and account analysis, regular preparation of clear and accurate financial reporting documents, and ensuring transparent and compliant use of funds.

• Have fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication skills, and be able to accurately convey complex business and project information in written and oral forms.

• No academic qualifications required, welcome those with basic administrative and coordination experience or fresh graduates to apply; those with cross-border project support, operations assistant or financial administrative experience are especially welcome.

• Familiar with office software (such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), with basic data processing, report writing and file management skills.

• Have a high sense of responsibility and proactive attitude, be able to clarify priorities in a multitasking environment, handle daily affairs independently and synchronize key progress appropriately upwards.

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependents' visa, and other legal work qualifications in Hong Kong.

• Working five days a week (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00), the office is located at 44 Yuen Yuen Street, Central.

• Enjoy statutory bank holidays and extra birthday leave, and you can apply for special leave and marriage leave according to the company's policies.

• Provide extra allowance, the specific amount and payment method will be explained at the time of employment.
