Job Responsibilities

Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall Internet brand marketing strategy, improving brand awareness and market share.
Plan and push online and offline integrated marketing activities, including but not limited to social media promotion, live streaming operation, KOL cooperation, content marketing and digital advertising placement.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor strategies, conduct regular data analysis and effect evaluation, and optimize marketing plans.
Coordinate internal design, product and technical teams to ensure brand message consistency and communication efficiency.
Manage brand websites, social platforms, etc. digital assets, enhance user interaction and conversion rate.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, communication, business management or related professional preferred.
More than 3 years of internet industry marketing experience, those with successful brand promotion cases are preferred.
Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms (such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, WeChat public account, etc.), with data-driven decision-making ability.
Have excellent creative planning and project execution abilities, and be able to independently push cross-departmental projects to completion.
Good communication and expression skills, team spirit, strong stress resistance, and adaptation to rapidly changing Internet environments.
