[Geely Hong Kong VIP Service] Job Responsibilities

1. Strategy and expansion

2.VIP customer segmentation and tiering with rights management

Equity and service SOP formulation: For high net worth (HNWIs) and ultra-high net worth (UHNWIs) customers in Hong Kong, establish and dynamically optimize a layered and graded exclusive sales equity matrix, special privileges and full life cycle service SOP.

High-end custom reception and conversion: Coordinate a high-standard, customized full-process reception. Provide staff level matching (such as management level accompaniment), exclusive lines and customized gifts; while providing an honored initial experience, sensitively capture customer needs and directly empower sales conversion.

3.VIP community and cross-border layer operation

Plan and execute exclusive high-end private events (such as private bank customer tastings, top luxury brand co-hosted nights, etc.) that are by invitation only, deeply integrating exclusive benefits into the event experience.

One-stop butler service:

Purchase and delivery: As a single point of contact (SPOC) for VIP customers, coordinate the internal fast track to complete the full process seamlessly, and customize a solemn and exclusive delivery process.

Long-term maintenance and referral: Conduct proactive follow-up at key vehicle ownership milestones (1 month, 6 months, 12 months), and continuously push out exclusive care services (such as airport pick-up, high-end event admission tickets, brand-limited privileges, etc.) that match their level, deepen customer relationships and promote high-end high-end referrals.

5. Resource Management

Job Requirements

Experience background: More than 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury goods, super luxury cars, private banks (wealth management), high-end private clubs or high-end services in the fields of marketing, business development (BD) or customer relationship management (CRM).

Core Competencies: Have extremely strong high-end event execution capabilities, master high-standard international etiquette and business reception norms, and have rich experience in designing customer benefits and resource matching.

Core traits: Good image and temperament, with the self-motivation, emotional intelligence (EQ), and outstanding social and crisis management skills of an entrepreneur.

Language ability: English, Cantonese, Mandarin are all mother tongues/master level (need to have business negotiation, high-level proposal and reception ability with seamless switching among the three languages).
