Job Responsibilities

• Act as the overall responsible person for AIGC-related technologies in the social App scene, coordinate the technical planning and landing of core business modules such as recommendation system, AI-generated content, and intelligent matching.

• Lead the development of large models in social interaction scenarios, including but not limited to dialogue generation, personalized content creation, user behavior modeling and semantic understanding, etc.

• Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to deeply understand user needs and business objectives, and translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into scalable and highly available practical functions.

• Build and optimize the machine learning infrastructure to support millions of active users, covering data processing, feature engineering, model training, and online services.

• Lead a cross-functional technical team, develop a technical roadmap, drive key technical decisions, and ensure system stability, scalability, and iteration efficiency.

• Have 5 to 10 years of real-world experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence, with a complete record of leading large recommendation/matching algorithm systems or AIGC project landings, and those with large model development experience are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or related fields, with solid programming skills (Python/Java/C++) , mathematical foundations and machine learning theory.

• Combining technical depth and product thinking, we can evaluate solutions from three dimensions: technical feasibility, user experience, and business value, and effectively promote cross-departmental collaboration.

• Proficient in at least one mainstream big data processing framework (such as Spark/Flink/Kafka), those with distributed machine learning system design or optimization experience are preferred.
