<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide daily administrative and clerical support, including data input, file organization and archiving, to ensure accurate and complete data</li><li>Responsible for meeting arrangements, booking venues and preparing relevant meeting documents, and writing meeting minutes as necessary</li><li>Assist with handling mail delivery and retrieval, phone transfers, and reception of visiting individuals, etc. Office daily operations</li><li>Coordinate departmental administrative needs, support temporary assignments, and improve overall work efficiency</li><li>Regularly update and maintain electronic and paper-based file systems to ensure information security and traceability</li></ul><p><br>Requirements</p><ul><li>Associate degree or above, with 1 to 2 years of administrative or clerical work experience, is preferred</li><li>Proficient in MS Office software (including Word, Excel), and able to quickly and accurately use Chinese input method</li><li>Have good language skills, be able to speak and write fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English</li><li>Personal attention to detail, organized, with time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and complete them in priority order</li><li>Have the ability to independently solve problems, be responsible and proactive in doing things, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment</li></ul>
