One. Core positioning

As a front-line service representative of the store, we directly face customers to provide professional consultation and sales services for UndoAge products. We need to provide one-to-one professional health consultation and data analysis services to customers through professional health knowledge and enthusiastic service attitude.

1. Customer reception and health analysis

• Responsible for welcoming in-store customers and guiding them to use smart devices in the store for health data collection and analysis.

• Interpretation of health analysis report, combined with customer's physical condition, provide scientific and accurate health supplement combination advice.

2. Store operation and sales management

• Execute the store sales plan, complete personal and team sales performance indicators.

3. Market feedback and brand promotion

• Collect customer feedback on products and services, summarize and report regularly.

4. Cashier support and administrative assistance

• Cashiering and settlement: Proficient in operating the POS cash register system, accurately completing the settlement process.

• Responsible for packaging, printing and verifying receipts, assisting with simple returns and exchanges, and customer consultation records.

Three, employment requirements

1. Education and experience

• College degree or above, nutrition, pharmacy, nursing or marketing related majors are preferred.

• 1 year of high-end retail, health management, beauty and wellness or pharmacy work experience, those with health supplement sales experience are preferred.

2. Professional skills

• Have basic sales skills, be quick-witted, and have strong personal connections.

• Interested in the health, beauty, and anti-aging fields, and willing to actively learn about product knowledge.

3. Comprehensive quality

• Able to adapt to the Hong Kong work system (including weekends and public holidays).

• Fluent in Cantonese, with good communication skills in English or Mandarin.

• Long-term workers are given priority

• Early shift: 10:00-18:00/Late shift: 12:00-21:00
