Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for B2B customer promotion, roadshow activities and shopping mall exhibitions, etc. on-site sales support work, actively introduce products and services to potential customers, and enhance brand exposure and sales conversion rate.

* Handle customer inquiries in a professional, friendly and persuasive manner, including face-to-face communication, follow-up calls and simple written responses

* Continuously maintain existing customer relationships, assist in organizing customer information and tracking changes in demand.

* Participate in the leadership training plan planned by the company, covering communication skills, sales strategies, team collaboration and basic business knowledge, and gradually building a career development foundation.

Requirements:

* Proficient in Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin skills.

* Hold a Hong Kong secondary school examination, Hong Kong secondary school diploma or associate degree; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no relevant work experience is required (marketing education / work experience is preferred).

* Outgoing and proactive personality, not afraid of the stage, and maintaining a positive service attitude.

* Have execution power and sense of responsibility.

* Value teamwork, willing to learn and accept guidance, and able to adapt to a clearly defined environment.
