<ul><li><p>Responsible for the sales of company IT services and digital solutions in overseas markets, and achieving the sales targets set by the company</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain overseas market customer resources, especially key customers in the Asia-Pacific, Europe and Middle East regions</p></li><li><p>In-depth understanding of customer needs, combined with company products and services, providing customized solution suggestions</p></li><li><p>Lead business negotiations, contract signing, and subsequent project coordination to ensure project smooth landing</p></li><li><p>Form and manage a sales team, lead the team to complete sales tasks, and continuously improve team skills and performance</p></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of overseas sales experience in the ToB field</p></li><li><p>Applicants with IT services, digital solutions or enterprise-level software sales experience are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with overseas markets, especially the business environment, cultural customs and laws and regulations of the Asia-Pacific, Europe and Middle East regions</p></li><li><p>Have good business negotiation skills, market analysis skills and team management skills, those who have successful sales cases are preferred.</p></li><li><p>English can be used as a working language, with fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities; with strong stress resistance and cross-cultural collaboration abilities, and able to adapt to long-term overseas business trips</p></li></ul>
