Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in management of major capital projects, from inception to completion. End-user management, design control, cost/cashflow management, program control, quality supervision, etc. are duties to be involved.
- Assist in leading and directing project teams composed of professional consultants and contractors.
- In charge of minor capital projects (costing below $5Mn) of alteration / maintenance nature. Responsible for the implementation and discharge of projects to meet the specified requirements within the budget and time constraints.
- Carry out initial stage studies and prepare project proposals for consideration of senior management and funding bodies.
- Formulate and implement maintenance plans for existing buildings and facilities.
- Advise end-users on issues concerning works projects and facilities management.
- Carry out management and administration duties for the facilities management functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or other Building/Construction related discipline
- Memer of HKIA/HKIS/bHKIE or equivalent; or preparing to acquire the professional status
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in building projects or facility management
- Strong in leadership, problem solving, and communication
- Good command of written English and Chinese
