<p>We are seeking a Customer Service Officer (full-time/part-time) to join our team at Rich Financial, located above the MTR station in causeway bay.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your job</strong></p><p></p><p>Handling general inquiries and loan applications through phone, Whatsapp, and social media platforms (no cold calls required)</p><p></p><p>Position requirements</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in speaking and writing Cantonese, and with at least three years of work experience</p></li><li><p>Applicants with telephone sales or related customer service experience will be given priority</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, friendly and polite attitude</p></li><li><p>Basic computer word processing knowledge and Chinese input method (Cangjie/Simplified)</p></li></ul><p>5 days work, bank holidays, year-end bonuses</p><p><br></p>
