Job Description

We are seeking:

In order to support our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring that their technical needs are met and their expectations surpassed. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and QA, to provide exceptional service and technical expertise. This position requires a strong mix of technical knowledge, customer relationship management, and pre-sales skills.

  • Understand your clients' technical requirements and business goals to provide customized solutions and recommendations
  • Be the main contact for clients for consultation, training, and support, ensuring a seamless and successful transition to our products or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Development, to develop and implement strategic account plans and address any client issues promptly
  • Act as a technical intermediary between clients and internal teams, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
  • Help clients troubleshoot technical issues, provide detailed analyses, and propose solutions to ensure their satisfaction and success
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients
  • Work with the sales team on contract renewals and growth opportunities, providing technical insights and suggestions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Vocational training in a technical field, such as Computer Engineering, System Integration, or equivalent practical experience
  • Initial consulting experience with a software manufacturer specializing in software integration
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (such as Python) and the ability to create functional specifications
  • Exceptional listening skills, logical reasoning, follow-through, proactive attitude, and outstanding communication abilities both written and oral
  • Mandatory fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Fluency in a second language like Japanese, Mandarin, or another regional language is preferred

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong project management skills, enabling effective management of multiple clients and prioritization of tasks
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools
  • Capacity to produce high-quality technical documentation
  • Bilingualism in additional European languages would be advantageous
