Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for following up and managing newly developed overseas potential customers, building and maintaining good customer relationships

• Regularly communicate with customers through video conferencing and instant messaging software (such as WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom, etc.) to deeply understand their business needs and pain points

• Design and provide suitable products or service solutions based on customer needs, and conduct professional introduction and advice

• Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, product or operations) to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and competitive

• Follow up on the sales process, including quoting, negotiation, contract signing, and post-sales customer support

• Regularly organize and update customer information, sales progress, and market feedback, and report to management

• Continuously monitor overseas market trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities

Position requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Have at least 2-3 years of sales, business development or customer management related work experience, those with overseas market experience are preferred

• Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and be able to independently engage in professional dialogue with overseas customers

• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and good at time management

• Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an added bonus

• Willing to adjust work hours to meet business needs (e.g., to accommodate overseas time zones)
