Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up on admission matters, to support the company's business development
• Handle employee onboarding, employment, and resignation related procedures, manage employee data and human resources files, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in implementing employee training plans, coordinate internal and external training activities, and prepare relevant training materials
• Responsible for salary calculation, attendance records, holiday management, and related data input to ensure compliance with the Employment Ordinance
• Support daily office administrative operations, including clerical work, meeting arrangements, and other general administrative affairs

Work requirements

• College degree or above, majoring in human resources management, business administration or related fields, those with such qualifications are preferred
• Have at least 2 years of human resources and administrative work experience in Hong Kong, familiar with local labor laws, especially the Employment Ordinance
• Have good communication skills, be able to effectively interact with employees at all levels, and have a team spirit
• Proficient in MS Office software, especially Excel (for salary calculations), PowerPoint (for creating training presentations), and Chinese input capability; basic HRIS system operation experience
• Fluent in Cantonese (native level), good writing and speaking skills in English, basic communication skills in Mandarin
