<p>This position will require daily use of Excel (Vloopup / Pivot table) to process sales reports. If you are familiar with its use, please mention it on your CV. </p><p></p><p><strong>Job Responsible :</strong></p><ul><li>Handle cooridnator team daily operation. </li><li>Follow up order , coordinator with clients.</li><li>Prepare Quotatioon , PO , Invoice & Sales report.</li><li>Coordinator between internal & external parties</li><li>Monitor daily delivery schedule of products on time </li><li>Ad hoc duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirement :</strong></p><ul><li>HKDSE or above</li><li>3 - 4 year+ <strong>stable</strong></li><li>Native in Cantonese , Goodconversation skills in written and spoken in English & Mandarin</li><li><strong>Good in MS Office Word / Excel (Vloopup / Pivot table) </strong></li><li><strong>Experience in ERP system is an advantage </strong></li><li>Short notice or Immediate available preferred.
