<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Operations Manager</strong> to oversee the <strong>financial and administrative functions</strong> of our centre. This leadership role will manage both the <strong>Finance Team</strong> and <strong>Administration Team</strong>, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic financial management.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Financial Management:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the <strong>finance team</strong> in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</p></li><li><p>Oversee <strong>accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance</strong>.</p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Administrative Leadership:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise the <strong>administration team</strong> to ensure smooth daily operations.</p></li><li><p>Optimize office workflows, procurement, and vendor management.</p></li><li><p>Manage facility operations, including maintenance, security, and logistics.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Strategic & Compliance:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Implement cost-control measures and efficiency improvements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with <strong>local laws, company policies, and audit requirements</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary liaison for external stakeholders (banks, auditors, government agencies).</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field</strong> (MBA/CPA preferred).</p></li><li><p><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in <strong>operations/financial management</strong>, preferably in [industry, e.g., education, healthcare, nonprofit].</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in <strong>team leadership</strong> and cross-functional collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>accounting software</strong> (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul>
