We are seeking a highly enthusiastic, excellent communicator, and professional image consultant "Online Customer Service and Consultation". You will become an important online bridge for our high-end beauty brand, directly reporting to and assisting the training manager. You will not only be responsible for daily online customer service, but also need to explain our exclusive professional skin care products (such as Skinkey, i-Firm, etc.) and cutting-edge scientific research and treatment courses to new and old customers in an in-depth and easy-to-understand way. You will lead new customers to virtually recognize our professional beauty center with a scale of up to 6,000 square feet and equipped with top-notch scientific research instruments, transforming online consultations into offline noble experiences.

Main Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)

Online professional consultation and services:

- Responsible for real-time customer inquiries on major online platforms (such as WhatsApp Business, WeChat, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc.), providing high-efficiency, polite and professional temperature services.

- For new customers with skin problems, conduct preliminary online "precise skin management" consultation, and clearly explain the suitable scientific and research treatment and products.

Brand scale and treatment promotion:

-Show and explain to new customers the company's vast multinational strength and Hong Kong's leading 6,000-square-foot flagship beauty center scale, professional consulting team and top-notch research and development instruments (such as BTL, Winback, etc.). Clearly communicate the core value of the company's treatment courses, eliminate new customers' concerns through excellent online communication skills, successfully guide and schedule their in-store experience.
