Since its founding in 1919, Haven of Hope Hospital has become one of the largest charitable institutions in Hong Kong, with the mission of "Bosom Relief and Charitable Love". It deeply serves different layers of society. Haven of Hope Hospital provides a wide range of medical services, including Chinese and Western medicine, dentistry, and services for the elderly, youths, children and families, and it also covers education services and grassroots housing services. As of now, Haven of Hope Hospital has 121 service units spread across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, and it provides appropriate assistance and support to over 1.9 million beneficiaries every year. Haven of Hope Hospital's long history began in 1919, when it was first founded by local residents as a small clinic and ward that provided free medical services. It was temporarily closed during World War II and was reopened in 1951 under the push of Governor Alexander Grantham. In the 1960s, it was expanded with the addition of new beds, operating rooms, laboratories and X-ray rooms. In 1998, the government announced the reconstruction of Haven of Hope Hospital, which was completed in 2007, aiming to expand and modernize hospital facilities to better serve society. Since its establishment in 1919, St. Margaret's Hospital has become one of the largest charitable institutions in Hong Kong, with the mission of 'broad charity and benevolent love', deeply serving various sectors of society. St. Margaret's Hospital provides extensive medical services including Chinese and Western medicine, dentistry, as well as services tailored for the elderly, teenagers, children, families, education, and basic housing. Up to now, it operates 121 service units across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories, providing appropriate aid and support to over 1.9 million beneficiaries annually. The long history of St. Margaret's Hospital began in 1919 when local residents founded it as a small clinic offering free medical services. It temporarily closed during World War II but was reopened in 1951 under the initiative of Governor Alexander Grantham. In the 1960s, expansions were carried out with the addition of new beds, operating theaters, laboratories, and X-ray rooms. In 1998, the government announced plans for reconstruction of St. Margaret's Hospital, which was completed in 2007, aiming to expand and modernize hospital facilities to better serve society.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in taking care of children, support teaching activities and class affairs, assist in school activities and make teaching materials and teaching aids

  • Assist in multimedia material production, digital audiovisual equipment operation, and assist in translating notices/files

  • Employment period from 1/3/2026 to 30/6/2026

Requirements:

  • Must hold a certificate or advanced diploma (CE) or above

  • Must be a qualified kindergarten teacher (QKT) and registered early childhood worker (CCW)

  • Must pass the test on the Basic Law and Hong Kong National Security Law

  • Sexual Conviction Record Check

  • Preference will be given to those with non-Chinese language certificates
