Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end property management projects across residential in Hong Kong Island, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and service excellence.

• Develop and implement strategic project plans, performance KPIs, and operational frameworks aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards.

• Manage cross-functional teams including facility managers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and service quality audits; proactively identify improvement opportunities and resolve complex operational challenges.

• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, and stakeholder updates to senior leadership and clients on a monthly basis.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline, holder of HKIA is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Developers or Architectural Consultants with proven solid experience in residential properties.

• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders, tenants, and government authorities.

• Experienced in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, SketchUp, etc.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale portfolios, vendor negotiations, contract administration, and statutory compliance under Hong Kong ordinances.
