<p>Senior Business Assistant</p><p>I. Job Responsibilities</p><p>1. Project Management and Advancement</p><p>Support the President in developing work plans, defining project objectives, key milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate cross - departmental resources, resolve collaboration issues, track project progress, and report updates to the President regularly.</p><p>2. Information Gathering and Analysis</p><p>As directed by the President, collect information on industry policies, market trends, etc. Organize and analyze data to prepare reports, offering evidence - based decision - making support. Monitor cutting - edge industry developments to facilitate business expansion.</p><p>3. Meeting Organization and General Affairs Support</p><p>Assist the President in organizing meetings, including preparation, minutes - taking, and drafting meeting minutes. Follow up on the implementation of decisions made in meetings. Help schedule daily itineraries, coordinate departmental work, and ensure efficient office operation for the President.</p><p></p><p>II. Qualifications</p><p>1. Education Background: Master's degree or above, with a preference for medicine or business - related fields.</p><p>2. Working Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience. Priority will be given to those with overseas or Hong Kong SAR study and work experience.</p><p>3. Professional Skills: Proactive and meticulous work style.
