Job Title: Hong Kong-based - Delivery Department Manager

Position: Delivery Department Manager – Hong Kong Based

Work Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for team management and building, identifying and cultivating key talents, and ensuring the team has strong combat power.

• Lead the Hong Kong local delivery team, maintain customer relationships, drive project delivery, and be responsible for business KPI results.

  Lead the local delivery team to maintain client relationships, ensure successful project delivery, and achieve business KPIs.

• Lead the delivery team and work with pre-sales and sales teams to expand new customers and business opportunities.

  Work closely with pre-sales and sales teams to explore new client opportunities and drive account growth.

• Guide the team to analyze and gain insights into local client needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Develop business development plans for key customers, formulate team combat strategies, and organize special assaults.

  Develop business plans for key accounts, design delivery strategies, and lead the team in focused solution execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Management, etc.

  Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related disciplines.

• With more than 5 years of financial industry technical project delivery management experience, I have managed a team of over 50 people.

  Over 5 years of experience in technical project delivery management within the financial sector, with proven experience managing teams of 50+ members.

• Deep understanding of IT outsourcing service mode, able to efficiently solve complex problems in the project delivery process.

  Deep understanding of IT outsourcing service models and strong problem-solving skills during project delivery.

• Have strategic planning and team management experience, those with pre-sales cooperation background are preferred.

  Experience in strategic planning and team leadership; pre-sales collaboration experience is preferred.

• Have excellent communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving and reporting abilities.
