Duties:
1. Funds Management and Receipts and Payments Monitoring: Responsible for daily overseas business payments and receipts (including domestic and foreign accounts), managing and maintaining overseas bank accounts, and ensuring account security and compliance with capital flows.
2. Cross-border fund compliance and exchange rate operations: Familiar with foreign exchange management policies, handle exchange rate operations, overseas payments, and overseas loans, follow up on bank exchange rate operations, and ensure that fund transfers are compliant and efficient.
3. Account and bank relationship management: Responsible for overseas business involving account opening, change, cancellation, online banking operation permission maintenance, maintenance of overseas bank cooperative relations, and assistance in obtaining high-quality funding service resources.
4. Daily and monthly cash flow management: Prepare and maintain overseas daily and monthly cash flow reports and rolling forecasts, assist in completing the financial department's cash flow analysis report, and provide data support to the management.
5. Audit and compliance support: Prepare relevant funding information to support annual audits and group internal control and compliance requirements, participate in the construction of overseas funding compliance systems and process optimization.
6. Assist in the setup or optimization of overseas funds management systems (including ERP, bank interfaces, automation, etc.), supporting other temporary funds management related matters of the group.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, and other related fields.
2. More than two years of experience in fund-related work, those with cross-border fund or offshore business experience are preferred.
3. Familiar with foreign exchange settlement, foreign exchange policies, bank operating procedures, familiar with Excel, ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle), online banking systems.
4. Good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English emails and bank documents are preferred.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good communication and collaboration skills, strong stress resistance.
6. Those with overseas company fund operation experience and involvement in the construction of the fund system are preferred.
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily overseas cash reports, monthly cash plans, and rolling forecasts.
Support treasury analysis for financial reporting and management decision-making.
5、Audit & Compliance Support:
Provide treasury documentation for annual audits and internal control requirements.
Participate in developing/optimizing overseas treasury compliance frameworks.
6、System Enhancement:
Assist in implementing/optimizing treasury management systems (e.g., ERP, bank interfaces, automation tools).
Support ad-hoc global treasury projects.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
2、Minimum 2 years of treasury experience; cross-border/overseas exposure preferred.
3、Proficiency in FX operations, banking procedures, Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle), and online banking platforms.
4、Strong written English for handling emails/bank documentation (preferred).
5、Detail-oriented with high accountability, collaboration skills, and resilience under pressure.
6、Experience in multinational treasury operations or treasury system implementation is a plus.
