Responsible for organizing and preparing relevant documents and files, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all application materials.<br>3. Track and follow up on customers’ application progress, timely report the latest status to customers, and ensure the application process is smoothly carried out.<br>4. Process various inquiries from customers, answer their questions on academic or immigration issues, and provide clear and concise guidance.<br>5. Regularly attend professional training, maintain sensitivity to global education and immigration policies, and enhance your professional knowledge.<br>Requirements:<br>1. Have fluent Mandarin skills to effectively communicate with customers from different backgrounds.<br><br>3. Careful and responsible, attention to details, and ensure that no mistakes are made in the work. <br>4. Able to independently complete work tasks while also possessing a team spirit, and solving complex problems with colleagues. <br>5.
