Duties:

1. Provide overseas services for Beijing headquarters, branches, Beijing foreign airlines and overseas sales departments;

3. Operate domestic agents using our overseas agent resources to handle designated goods;

4. Develop overseas agents according to business needs, collect, collate and update overseas agent manuals;

5. Maintain overseas agents and customers’ cooperative relationships;

6. Serve as the company's unified interface and conduct financial settlements with overseas agents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, transportation and logistics, international trade related majors are preferred.

2. More than two years of work experience in this bank, familiar with the logistics industry work process. More than one year of overseas customer service experience.

3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-4 level or above.

4. Strong language expression and persuasion skills, mastering sales and customer service techniques.
