Based on the company's strategy, develop a brand visual strategy direction, and fully control the creative visual output of brands/products/channels in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and the global region;<br>2. Keep up with industry trends, continuously track market competitive product information and hot dynamics in various regions, analyze and archive;<br><br>4. Responsible for creative team members, etc.<br>5. Responsible for multi-line personnel management of the Hong Kong team, including planning, training, and inspiration, empowering the team, and building a creative, execution-oriented, and business-savvy team</p><p>Requirements:<br>1. Fine Arts or Art Design above bachelor's degree, with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in material production, including art, design, advertising, visual communication and other related fields;<br>2. Have a deep understanding of global design trends/user personas/overseas brands, familiar with overseas game markets, and able to adapt to multitasking;<br>3. Able to independently complete related design work and be persuasive, familiar with various design tools (PS/AE/AI, etc.), photography and editing abilities are preferred;<br>4. Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese/Mandarin;</p>
