<p>**Administrative Assistant (Private Equity Fund) **<br><br>We are a private equity firm located in Central, Hong Kong, and we are currently seeking to hire an administrative assistant to join our team. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00, and the office is located in a convenient central area with good transportation links.<br><br>**Job Responsibilities**<br>1. Responsible for daily administrative affairs, including file processing, meeting scheduling and office management, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the company<br>2. Process and document the administrative procedures related to Hong Kong's MPF<br>3. Manage employee reimbursement process, verify invoices and related expenses<br>4. Assist the human resources department in employee data processing and basic human resources affairs<br>5. Collaborate with the finance department to complete some administrative support tasks, such as data input and report sorting<br><br>**Work requirements**<br>1.
