Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up and providing technical support for email systems, commonly used software and operating systems

• Assist with the installation, upgrade and configuration of hardware and software to ensure normal device operation

• Participate in the update and basic maintenance of the company's website

• According to need, carry out field work, go to different customers or office locations to provide technical services

• Assist with internal technical issues and solutions

• Secondary School Diploma or above, with 1 to 3 years of relevant IT support work experience

• Familiar with Windows operating system and common office software, those with user support experience are preferred

• Have basic network knowledge and be able to handle common network connection problems

• Applicants with web page update or maintenance experience will be given priority

• Responsibility, proactive work attitude, and good team spirit

• Able to adapt to an external work mode, with good communication skills and customer service awareness

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is the basic requirement

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meeting the local work visa requirements

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

• Monthly salary of $17,000 to $18,000, negotiable

• Five-day work week, weekend double pay
