Position Overview:

Join our team as a Typesetting & Content Validation Specialist and help ensure our technical and user documentation meets the highest standards. You’ll perform precise typesetting checks, verify multilingual content accuracy, and ensure formatting compliance with customer and industry guidelines. Key Areas of Responsibility

· Perform detailed typesetting checks for technical and user documentation, ensuring adherence to customer and project guidelines.

· Verify the accuracy of tables of contents, page numbering, line lengths, spacing, punctuation, and language codes.

· Check for correct product names, country of origin labeling, and other standard content elements across multiple languages.

· Ensure proper formatting and preventing overset text.

· Conduct content verification between source and target language versions (accuracy, completeness, and formatting).

· Review and validate project logs, file naming conventions, and file dimensions.

· Ensure compliance with customer-specific formatting requirements and relevant industry standards.

· Perform basic proofreading and usability checks as needed.

· Complete and maintain checklists for each project.

· Provide constructive feedback to internal teams and report issues to management.

Requirements:

· 2–3+ years of experience in documentation editing, typesetting checks, or content validation.

· Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and working with structured checklists.

· Strong command of written and spoken English for clear communication.

· High attention to detail, with strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and layout integrity.

· Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

· Excellent organizational and process-oriented work style.

· Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Team player with strong interpersonal skills, while also able to work independently under pressure.
