<p>Quantitative Developer <br>Position Overview: <br>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and developing quantitative models across various financial markets, including stocks, futures, and options. You will work closely with researchers to provide data-driven insights and technical support for the implementation of trading strategies. Additionally, you will utilize advanced analytical techniques such as probability, statistics, and machine learning to analyze market trends and trading activities. <br>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Research and develop quantitative models for financial markets such as equities, futures, and options.</p></li><li><p>Provide data analysis and technical support for the implementation of quantitative strategies developed by research teams.</p></li><li><p>Analyze financial markets and trading performance using statistical methods, probability theory, and machine learning algorithms.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance modeling frameworks and improve strategy execution.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and optimize existing quantitative systems to ensure high performance and accuracy.</p></li></ul><p><br>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python or C++.</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in data processing, logical reasoning, and statistical analysis; solid understanding of probability and statistics.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of working effectively within a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt rapidly in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.</p></li><li><p>Holds a master’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Experience in high-frequency trading</p></li><li><p>Possesses more than three years of professional experience in a global quantitative fund or trading firm.</p></li></ul>
