Job Description
Educational requirements: No academic qualifications
Working hours: Work 9 hours a day, if you have early or late orders, or if you need to start work earlier or leave later, OT is paid
Holiday benefits: Monthly 6 days off, 7 days off
Working environment: Factory-style work, air conditioning, no need to face customers Salary (depending on work experience):
Junior chef / Kitchen assistant: HK$17,000 – $19,000 / month Suitable for beginners, inexperienced, or those with 1-2 years of relevant experience
Intermediate / Advanced Chef: HK$20,000 – $23,000 / month Suitable for those with 2 years or above of hot kitchen-related experience (need to have the relevant experience for the position you are applying for)
Main work responsibilities: Responsible for the hot kitchen (stir-fry, oven or fry) Responsible for daily food processing and inventory management Position requirements: Need to identify and use a knife, work quickly and methodically Individuals with hot kitchen experience are preferred (with on-the-job training)
