1. Achieve and execute the company's expansion plan goals;

2. The goal of recommending and matching effective stores and expanding the number of stores has been achieved;

3. Collect target merchant information, organize and summarize customer information for various business formats, screen customers for investment negotiations;

4. Identify excellent customers, promote store opening rates, and increase the effective proportion of excellent customers opening stores;

5. Responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's channel stores, such as store transfers, closures, exits, relocation, etc., to increase the effective proportion of opened stores with a monthly customer flow of over 400 people;

6. Responsible for analyzing the existing channel landscape, conducting comparative research and analysis on the channel status of competitors, collecting and analyzing market information, writing market research reports, and making market predictions;

7. Conduct a survey and review of property research information within the jurisdiction, establish a comprehensive property research mechanism and standardized information process, and provide a basis for subsequent store openings;

8. Create and provide learning platforms and development opportunities for internal teams, and provide guidance and assistance to stimulate team potential.

Job requirements:

1. Over 8 years of work experience in investment promotion and development, and over 3 years of management experience. Experience in investment promotion and development in the fresh food and retail industries is preferred;

2. Possess knowledge of business district planning, investment expansion, and store location selection, familiar with and understand the investment expansion process and related standards for fresh food stores;

3. Possess strong analytical and project management skills;

4. Proficient in using office software such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visa;

5. Strong market perception ability and the ability to keenly grasp market dynamics and directions; Has excellent negotiation skills and public relations abilities, as well as good stress resistance.
