Job Description
- Provide personalized and professional one-on-one customer service, deeply understand customer needs and style preferences, build long-term trust relationships, and enhance brand loyalty
- Responsible for daily store operations support, including product display planning, goods sorting, visual display updates, and store environment maintenance, ensuring consistent and attractive brand image
- In-depth introduction to the design concept, craft characteristics, maintenance knowledge and market value of internationally renowned handbags, watches and jewelry, providing professional matching advice to customers
- Carry out sales and second-hand luxury goods acquisition business, assist customers in completing appraisal consultation, valuation negotiation and transaction procedures, and enhance the satisfaction of both buyers and sellers
- Accurately process cash register operations, sales records, and customer data registration, and work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and recovery performance indicators
- Participate in new product launches, VIP customer activities and community content collaboration to strengthen local brand influence
- Applicants with luxury sales, high-end retail, customer relationship management or related industry experience are preferred; those with no experience are also welcome to apply, as the company provides systematic onboarding training
- Passionate about fashion culture, with basic knowledge and continuous learning enthusiasm for brand handbags, high-end watches, and jewelry accessories
- Have excellent communication and expression skills and empathy, be able to flexibly respond to different types of customers, and display confident, stable and infectious service attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, goal-oriented thinking and stress resistance, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and achieve performance through team collaboration
- Fluent Cantonese is a must, those who are able to communicate in Mandarin and English are preferred
- Available for immediate employment, accepting shift scheduling (including weekends and public holidays)
- Generous base salary (starting at $15,000 per month) + high commission, with no upper limit on compensation, current employees can earn up to $50,000 or more per month
