<div> Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for students’ homework tutoring and specialized supplementary lessons, providing individual guidance based on students’ learning situations.</li> <li>Assist students with their daily homework, and provide explanations and answers.</li> <li>Help students review, develop effective study plans and review strategies.</li> <li>Maintain classroom order and ensure a good teaching environment.</li> <li>Handle general classroom administrative work, including attendance, recording student performance and communicating with parents, etc.</li> </ul> <br> Requirements: <ul> <li>Have relevant college degree or above, those with teaching experience are given priority. </li> <li>Have in-depth knowledge of the subject taught, and be able to clearly express teaching content.</li> <li>Have good communication skills, be able to effectively communicate with students and parents.</li> <li>Responsibility, able to adjust teaching methods according to students’ needs.</li> <li>Able to handle classroom management and administrative affairs independently.</li> </ul> </div>
