Job Description
Sales Manager
Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate brand customers' integrated marketing cooperation, make good use of existing and potential media resources, and tailor-make strategic and executable brand promotion plans for customers
Lead the full process of cooperation solution implementation, including proposal communication, clause negotiation, contract signing and subsequent execution monitoring, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and of high quality
Continuously maintain and deepen core customer relationships, proactively understand customer business needs, provide professional consulting, data support and real-time response customer service
Collaborate closely with the market expansion, creative and media planning teams to drive high-efficiency cross-departmental marketing activities and enhance the overall conversion effectiveness of the solution
Regularly compile business progress reports, customer performance analysis, and media placement effectiveness evaluation, and use data-driven strategy optimization and goal achievement
Have 2 to 3 years of full-time work experience in advertising, digital marketing or media representation, with a proven track record of successfully managing brand customers and achieving sales targets
Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, able to communicate in writing and basic oral English; with cross-language collaboration and file processing abilities
Positive and proactive personality, strong sense of responsibility, good at interpersonal interaction and multi-party coordination, and able to independently plan work and push for results under pressure
Must be a Hong Kong resident and can work full-time at our office on Hong Kong Island (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30)
