[Job Responsibilities]

1. Develop Hong Kong branch operating indicators and annual development plans, drive and ensure the completion of team sales, profit, and other business indicators;

2. Establish a complete retail system standard, make retail operations standardized and streamlined; plan and control departmental talent development, ensure that supervision and training work is carried out effectively and in an orderly manner, enhance the training effect and efficiency of on-the-job managers, and promote departmental development into a learning organization;

3. Comprehensive overall management of the store operation work, based on the consumption characteristics of the jurisdictional area, competitive dynamics of competitors, etc. Carry out market analysis, regularly report the store's operating and management situation, organize and hold regional meetings, QSC exhibitions, performance improvement, profit-generating action plans, and business analysis to solve and process operations-related issues;

4. Responsible for the quality, engineering quality and progress tracking of new store development to ensure on-time opening; responsible for the supervision and evaluation of QSC management in each store; establish various emergency response mechanisms and processes, and handle customer complaints and other events properly;

5. Responsible for managing and coordinating the work relationship between the subordinate department and other cross-departmental affairs and daily affairs.

[Job Requirements]

1. Understand Cantonese, with at least 10 years of restaurant operations and management experience, at least 3 years of experience in this position, and those with large-scale restaurant chain enterprise experience in this position are preferred;

2. Have McDonald's, KFC regional manager or director experience, or Cantonese dim sum / everyone's joy / happy life etc. operation manager or operation director experience is preferred;

4. Good team management skills, communication skills, business negotiation skills and service awareness.

Monthly salary of 5-7w, 14 months
