<p><strong>Job Description:</strong><br>We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing clients interested in crypto asset management and OTC trading services. You will work closely with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Identify and prospect potential clients, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, to expand the firm’s client base.</p><p>· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and providing tailored crypto asset management and OTC trading solutions.</p><p>· Educate clients on the firm’s products, services, and market trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.</p><p>· Collaborate with the trading, research, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements.</p><p>· Stay up-to-date with market developments, emerging cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technologies to provide informed advice to clients.</p><p>· Meet and exceed sales targets by actively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.</p><p>· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.</p><p>· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.</p><p>· 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or traditional finance.</p><p>· Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and OTC trading processes.</p><p>· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</p><p>· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</p><p>· Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.</p><p>· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the crypto industry is a plus.</p><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><p>· Existing network of institutional clients or high-net-worth individuals in the crypto space.</p><p>· Knowledge of derivatives, structured products, and other crypto financial instruments.</p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>· Base salary with uncapped commission potential.</p><p>· Opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry at the forefront of financial innovation.</p><p>· Professional development opportunities and access to industry-leading resources.</p><p>· Collaborative and inclusive company culture.</p><p>· MPF, Health and Dental</p>
