<div> Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Completely responsible for the daily itinerary of the employer, including the coordination and execution of meetings, social activities and leisure plans, ensuring time is used efficiently and accurately; independently plan and implement travel affairs worldwide, covering air ticket booking, high-end hotel arrangements, visa application and personalized itinerary design, focusing on details and experience quality.</li> <li>Assist in managing the employer's daily life and living arrangements, properly handle various personal affairs, ensure a smooth and comfortable life, and improve overall quality of life.</li> <li>According to the employer's style and needs, provide professional fashion advice, take the lead in the selection, maintenance and matching of luxury goods, high-end clothing and jewelry; coordinate the selection, purchase and packaging of private and business gifts to reflect taste and intention.</li> <li>Plan and lead various high-end private activities, such as family gatherings, banquets and special celebrations, and be fully responsible for creative thinking, budgeting, supplier selection and coordination, site decoration and execution, and ensure the event is a success.</li> <li>Strictly manage all private and commercial information involving the employer, abide by the confidentiality principle, and ensure data security and privacy are not violated.</li> </ul> </div> <div> Work requirements<br> <ul> <li></li> <li>At least one year of experience in providing personal services to high net worth individuals or high-end families, familiar with high-end lifestyles, and possessing high emotional intelligence, sharp intuition, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive service awareness.</li> <li></li> <li>Have excellent project planning and execution skills, be able to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, and ensure high efficiency, order, and zero errors.</li> <li>Have good cross-cultural communication skills, adapt to the internationalization of social interactions, be able to flexibly respond to sudden situations, and accept non-fixed working hours and high-intensity work rhythms.</li> </ul> </div>
